We ask all customers ordering treatment from Keeps to submit a photo of their government-issued ID for two reasons:
1. Our medical providers need to know who they’re treating in order to issue a medically responsible diagnosis.
2. State regulations require we verify identification before a provider can treat you and issue a prescription.
Rest assured, Keeps uses industry-standard security to keep your private information safe and secure. This includes the quiz information you provide and the pictures you submit for your medical consultation.
